Sure. Keep your epoxy and slow hardener in a cool place. You'll have plenty of time. You can also freeze some water in a pie tin and nest your resin pan in that to keep it cool.

epoxies can be used at those temps but if using 'regular' speed curing agents pot life and working time will be very short. Sometimes the epoxy sort of wrinkles on the hot surface (which can be much hotter than the air temp).

epoxy setting is a chemical reaction which means pot lfie / cure time doubles or halves every 18 degrees F (10 degrees C)

A common trick is to keep the epoxy in an ice water bath so at least the epoxy is cool.

Epoxy paint contractors, like those working in Houston chemical plants in August - address the problem by adding solvent to the epoxy when no one is looking. The solvent extends the pot life as it mostly flashes off.
