As I was doing another post,it started raining which normally is a good thing.

However, I had just got done epoxying the inside, and was letting it set in the SUN, not RAIN!!! :x

I rolled it inside & directed a fan on the inside....but there are some small puddles in it, but it's too wet to wipe out

It's still wet, not yet to the green stage, I wonder if this will affect the cure?

Any hope?( always hope I guess)

Well, Rain is good for wood. Obviously since the Trees love it.
Maybe you were not supposed to put that sticky gooey stuff on your good bundle of Tree parts and set it out where the Starving Tree parts can call for Rain

On the other hand mayby Nature was just trying to re-train your bundle of Tree parts to the new way of life in it's future. Bubbles!

I've had spots of water drop on fairly fresh epoxy myself and so far it's never hurt things much. I did have some light spotting that I sanded out just for safety sake, but I dunno if it was necessary.

This rain thing is a pain. Last night I had flipped my boat over to repaint the bottom after adding a keel to it and an hour after I rolled on my paint it started raining. Luckily the paint was still a bit tacky, but dry enough that the water beaded up and I don't think it's a problem. I guess tonight when I get home I'll find out if I have to sand and repaint my entire exterior :|

A few Rain speckle dots might Ugly up your bottom etc.
However, if you get Water inside a board that is completely glassed in, your gonna have rotted wood.
Just leave that water somwhere to go.

Wood rot happens when the wood collects moisture, is in a nice quiet warm place with little Air Movment for long periods of time.
As long as you dont have that, Be HAPPY, Enjoy, dont bother with all that finickey ness unless your building one of those good looking old Replica boats to show off... .

I was able to carefully blot up the puddles....I think it'll be OK.

I dripped sweat on fresh epoxy. It was just a cloudy spot.

I can absolutely and emphatically state that the only thing spilled on my boat was blood.
