Can anyone tell me if Poxy-Shield is flexible when cured?

All I can tell you is that it's hard as a rock when fully cured.
Does that mean it's not flexible? I don't know. I haven't done any stress tests with it.

Funny you should ask that qustion. I made some forms for floatation. Using an el cheapo plastic wash basin as a mold I lined the basin with fiberglass and epoxy. When I pulled the formed piece out I was amazed at how flexible and pliable it was, could really twist the empty epoxy/fiberglass form around.

The resin itself is flexible when cured, depending on how much and what kind of filler you use and what thickness. Epoxy is basically a thermally setting resin that will bond well to itself, the filler and a porus material you apply it against. Its not rock hard by itself, like most plastics.
