I found a gallon of epoxy that I apparently bought in 2004. It was for a fish tank project (rocks) that I ended up using a different method.

Can't find the hardener (oh well) so that will be new, but how long would a gallon of unopened epoxy last ? Thanks

......for a very long time. If there are any crystals in it, just place the container in a warm water bath. They will dissolve and you will be good to go.

Depends on the vendor, and storage conditions. I had some old west that worked fine, and I had some old generic stuff that had gotten strange, for some reason it blushed horribly, and was a little rough (peel ply cured the prob... I hate sanding. but I hated to toss 2 gallons of epoxy more)
