Unfortunately Laura & I have to cancel our trip this year, so no low country boil and no Swedish pancakes. Sorry.

We would be happy to bring some SC BBQ for either night.
Is anyone doing a recap of what is being brought and what else we might need?

What about cups/plates/utensils/napkins/tables?
Also drinks?
Shouldn't it be byob for beer/wine/whiskey?
Should we have a "kitty" (say $5 a person) for incidentals?

I have lots of cups, plates and utensils and napkins.

Tables are always good.

Probably BYOB. We may get a small keg and have a donation bowl.

I have some kitty money from previous years. Many of us bring left overs from our builds. If you find something you need, you donate what's worth to you to the kitty.

New attendees this year. Can make a pot of Clam Chowder or Gumbo, a seven layer pea salad...could smoke a pork shoulder if there is an outside power outlet. I could even open a few cans of Sardines! You folks let me know. Give me a quick "heads up" if it is Gumbo, since I would have to procure my Roux in time......

jcrumley

Saturday night I think would be a good fit. It all sounds good. Well, I probably wouldn't pass up the other things for the sardines.

Thanks,

Neel & Craig

Looks like something for Saturday Lunch or Sunday Breakfast. Two holes right now.

Thanks,
