Saturday Lunch, my bud and I would like to provide lunch for everyone - catered from a local restaurant. We've already got it set up if it will work for everyone?

A head count would be good to know.

Thanks!

Kevin

THANKS. Page 3 of who's coming is my best bet. Looks like about 40 to 50.

BBQ for breakfast this morning.
Took the BBQ off after an all night (12 hr) smoking session.
We'll have plenty for 40-50 folks. It's been pulled and is now in the freezer. Just heat and eat so we can serve it either night. Whatever is best.

It's coming together.

Things we don't need... I have 100's of knives, forks and spoons. 100's of cups, plates and bowls. We have napkins.

A few rolls of paper towels might be handy. We're down to 3 rolls. I have some large garbage bags and some 1 gallon zip locks.

We may want to look at Friday night. We may need to watch how people come in. I have about 6 gallons of chili and I don't know how much Chris has.

We're flexible but will need about 3hr. to thaw and heat.
We're leaving in the morning, spending the night in Atl. and driving up late Thursday.
We're spending Thursday night in Chattanooga arriving at Hales Bar early Fri. morning.

We have lots of stews and soups this year so I've switched my plans and going to do chicken bowls. It probably makes 30-40 servings each night.

Bob, Mannan & Becky

Let's do the stew Friday night. The stew and chili can be kept ready for a long period of time as people come in over time.

BBQ Saturday night. People are already there and that meal seems to go faster. I can also make a steamer from my chili pot to warm buns or keep the meat hot.
