Things I've recently learned

Things I've learned:
40 oz. vinyl is the good stuff!
Headliner foam is great for backing on side panels.
Swim "Noodles" are great for crash pad backing and anywhere you need a rounded shape.
Noodles can be easily and accurately cut with a band saw.
You can even sand noodles (I used a 3M medium sanding block.
As I learn more, I'll share.

Thanks Bob, that's helpful.
By the time I have built a boat, I'll be ready to build a boat....
