Cover & fair over 18oz fiberglass seams Int/Ext

Post by cmahler » Wed Aug 23, 2017 9:22 am

I want to use something to cover up my interior and exterior seams of 18oz bi-axial fiberglass. Does anyone know of a good product to use to smooth these out, cover the fiberglass and fair to the wood?

Lots of epoxy. Fill, sand, repeat.

Yup, what rleete said. You can make your epoxy go a little further by adding a fairing filler, like micro-balloons or microfibers or equivalent.
