Everybody please post your pics to Glen-L also, so that the pics can be uploaded to the Gatherings page on the main website.
Oak is over rated, everything about it takes extra time; then it warps, splits or checks !!!

Re: G-10
Well I missed another Gathering. Heck I already winterized the Malahini up at the lake. However, I was at Lake Tahoe last week and I do have a few little cuties to share:
First is the Thunderbird. They have the engines out doing some work on her. The water was too low this year to even get her out of the boat house. The second is a wooden boat store up on the north shore. I can't remember the name but I'm sure the folks from California and Nevada know. Look closely and you'll see a Riva in that window.

Re: G-10
I ended up taking a lot of pictures that I didn't remember taking until I got home and started sorting through everything.

Made it home late last night. Had a great time. It was nice to meet everyone. I think I've talked Lisa into coming along next year. I'll try to put together a video later.

We're still happily married, but now she just wants "the dam boat out of the garage."

Craig and I made it back to Philadelphia around 11 Pm... Another great Glen-L Gathering. It was so nice to meet new people and reunite with all who have been there in years past. I would like to thank everyone for keeping Craig busy and giving me a break for much of the weekend. I want to thank "Simply Bill" and Lauren for being the glue that holds us all together. They deserve so much credit for all they do behind the scenes as well as at the Gathering itself. I was with Bill when he launched the Bartender for the first time, and took a few pics. Here they are. Thanks everyone for make G-10 a great event..... All take care,,,, Neel

Great pics, Dave and Neel! What a great event and gathering of interesting and wonderful people. Talked boats, politics and the workings of the inner ear. (This happens when you sit next to a PhD in anatomy --- Mark
It was so nice to meet up with our forum friends and put some faces to names. Thanks to all who brought food, there were some good eats. Special thanks to Bill for continuing to pull this together.
Made is back safety Sunday but had a major scare on the Briley Parkway going around Nashville. A dog was loose on the bridge over the Cumberland river and some lady was out in the traffic trying to stop cars and save the dog. Had to do a panic stop and lane change swerve to avoid rear ending someone. Not a fun maneuver when trailering a boat.

Re: G-10
Yikes Bob! Glad it worked out OK and nobody rear-ended each other or you.
Re: G-10
What a great weekend! Ruthie and I had a great time with everyone. We came two years ago but without a boat and had a great time , but this year we felt more included and right at home. It was nice to be able to meet Gayle and John in person as well as everyone else. You can count on seeing us next year.
