I've played for my dinner many times. I'd be happy to bring lots of beverages!

I was planning on bringing lime and cilantro chicken breasts. Don't know how much to bring or when would be best to make them. Would 20 pieces be good or should I bring more? Just need a grill to cook on, but I think that has already been discussed. If you prefer, I can bring beverages instead, or I make a pretty good mango salsa if you'd rather.

Hi Bryan,

The Chicken sounds great. I am bringing 12 each of the Italians and brats in my slow cookers, so the chicken on Friday would help supplement that. With the other items already listed for Friday, that should be plenty. I think Ken said he was bringing a grill. Thanks for jumping in.

I can't remember if Ken is. But, Butch is trying to bring his big grill, I this Bob Smith has one. And HB has a couple, I think.

Bryan

I'm going back and forth on Friday or Saturday night on the chicken. It sounds great to me. We've got Red Beans and Rice on Friday night to add to the other stuff.

Saturday is usually very busy for me and cooking is difficult. With a new boat this year cooking, Saturday, might be out.

I'm there both nights so it doesn't matter to me which day I cook them. I'm planning on 20 breasts. If you want me to bring more just let me know.

Just wanted to mention that there's a restaurant at the marina now. I don't know how long it has been open, or what it's like... I might eat there tomorrow & check it out. http://www.halesbarmarina.com/restaurant.php

I've got a large portable commercial grill if it's needed. It will easily fit in the truck.

I just talked with Tony at HB. He confirmed that he has several grills we can use. Now, it might cost us a rib or two. And, we might have to hear him sing.

It looks like we have lots of good food so I'm planning on beverages. I've got two big round Coke coolers that I plan on filling up with soft drinks and beer. If anyone has a preference let me know. That includes wine as well. Just don't get to exotic.

Neel and I are good with Natty Lite. Lauren is Pinot Grisio. But, I'm sure we'll have some on hand and we have a fair kitty to buy some.
