Lisa is okay with bringing pork barbecue for Sat. lunch. I'll get a 3-4 lb roast to use.

Melissa and I would be happy to make bacon and scrambled eggs one morning. I'm not sure which day is best. We are coming in on Thursday afternoon.
We will also have a crock pot full of meatballs for Saturday.

Do you still need some breakfast items?
Jim Jathro and I can do waffles and sausage on Friday and Saturday AM. We have done this in the past but there seems to be a lot of breakfast options.
If we have enough breakfast, we could do something else.. Let me know.

:? I'm wondering if I should make the cheese grits for breakfast now or not. Kinda expected a huge outpouring of excitement!

Has anybody said anything about deserts? If not I might bring some cookies or something.

Matt,

I'm sure and everything will be appreciated and devoured ! Being on the water all day always builds up a hunger.

Oh there might not be any grits but if there are, they won't be instant. :x

Those look really nice. I'm curious about how well it cooks.

We'll all be lined up by you for breakfast.

From the reviews, she does a great job but I'll find out for myself in soon. Planning a big steak dinner for all the family with grilled vegetables. No shortage of honest opinions from my family I can assure you of that.
