Neal, some friends of ours are joining us for the gathering and are all in on the lunch trip if there is room on a boat. Please add them to your numbers; Shawn and Trisha Masters.

Shawn will likely ride with me in the Squirt (if he fits, he's tall!). Trisha will join Kelli in the hunt for a ride from the docks.

Something to keep in mind, especially for smaller boats like the squirt, is that it’s about 33 river miles from Hales Bar to Chattanooga, and there are no fuel stops in-between.

Really appreciate the heads up- is fuel a guarantee once we get to Chat? I have a 40 mile range counting the reserve tank.

Erwin Marine's Chattanooga Riverfront Marina has gas. This is where folks on the River Run usually dock their boats.

Here is a link to their website: http://www.erwinmarinesales.com

There is another marina near downtown Chattanooga... Brown's Ferry Marina. I'm not sure if they have gas or not. There's not much information on their website.

I'm not positive on the Tahoe. I flipped the switches on the bilge pumps and nothing happened. The mechanic had turned the main off. It pumped for a long time. It's on the charger right now. I'm bringing it. I hope it is not just a dock ornament. I'm tired.

I bought a new jump starter. It is little. I don't have confidence in it.

Mike

We sure want you on the run! This is a little loose on Friday morning. Talk to the Capt.'s. Try to be on the dock before 10. This is very informal planning? We usually have plenty of room.

As long as the weather holds, the Lunch Run is a "go". I am sure we will have room for everyone who wants to go. The marina in Chattanooga and the Big River Grille are all set up. We will be pulling out of Hales Bar Marina Friday morning at 10:30 AM (central time). Please make sure the boats are gassed up and ready. As Bill mentioned, we should all try to be at the dock by 10 or so. Should be a fun day.... Neel

Gas can be purchased at the next dock in Chattanooga. We just bought some today. It’s self serve.
