Maybe try one of the 3 close restaurants?

The Dam Grill. On the marina grounds

Lookout Winery. Wood fired Pizza, keep it Italian in honor of Neel.

Or Succotash Cajun

I know normally with our large group I've never visited any of the local restaurants, maybe this year being smaller group is a good opportunity? Maybe we are still too large a group for one of these places?

Theres another place not too far Top of the Rock. Its in Jasper near Walmart. Great food and a fantastic view. They're also a brewery. They have outdoor or indoor seating. They take reservations.

Might consider it as well. The nacho appetizer alone could feed an army.
The klop, klop of water under the bows of a small boat will cure most troubles in this world.

I think I'm going to make a couple pans of shredded beef enchiladas and freeze them. The cabin they put me in probably has an oven or at least a grill I can use to heat them up. I can do that for Friday dinner maybe?

Sounds great! The land cabin Neel always had was a full size kitchen with oven.

It sounds like we a getting close to having the meals covered except for Saturday night. I’m fine if we wait to see how many folks are around for Saturday night before we make a meal plan. Tacos, burgers, pizza.....something easy.

OK People this is how the food looks, Hoodman's Awesome Enchiladas are for Friday dinner maybe someone could bring a side dish to go with that and Paula's World Famous Pepper Beef on rolls and Chris's Gourmet pasta salad on Saturday. WE will have the coffee Ern Friday , Saturday and Sunday morning. CaptDave and Melissa Famous Ohio waffles with sausage and OJ Saturday morning. Any one wants to jump in with anything don't be shy ,I don't remember food going to waste on the dock in the past 13 years. Looking like a small group this year, Looking forward to seeing everyone and their boats running on the river.
