Looks great Jim,

I think you might have enough negative trim to plane out nicely. You might even be able to trim out a hole or two. Sometimes the old Mercs have a little foreward look to them. I'm keepin' my fingers crossed.

thanks guys,
Randy, i do have negative trim, I did what you said, put a straight edge on the bottom of the boat. I made a video and I will post it soon, it seems to me, the motor may be a little low, as I was using the bottom of the straight edge as a guide, instead of the top of it.
