Priced Right? That is their slogan for an $1850 outboard? How much does gas have to cost to offset the additional $1,000 in purchase price?
Is there a big market out there for electric outboard?

Least not forget the batteries that are needed. That's, 48 volt at 4ea. deep cycle, group 31's. At the locale auto store that amounts to about $100ea. X 4 = $400 plus, not encluding cables, exc. (not to mention the charging system). If you choose better, say, AGM batteries, your looking at close to $1,000. Or, you could go with GEL  .............

Then, add in the weight, 68lbs motor, 70lbs ea. batteries, = 350lbs Plus

But, still, kind'a neat. I think I'll stick with Minn Kota, just the same.
