I just bought a 1310 series drive shaft brand new for 50.00. This is a complete shaft, slip joint, u joints and 48 inch tube with one end not welded in. freight for me was 11.00 or so. These are on sale at driveshaftparts.com Too cheap not to buy if you can use it. :D Hope I haven't violated any forum rules, but if I did I'm sorry, this was too good a deal to pass up..
