I was thinking about doing brats and kraut for Saturday nite. I have a really good recipe for really yummy kraut that the brats are slow cooked in.

I can bring a folding table and chairs again this year.

If someone can give me an idea on how much, I will get plastic plates, cups and utensils.

Awesome....people already volunteering their help and supplies. I'm keeping a list of what everyone is commiting and will likely start a new thread on this in the next couple of weeks with all of the info in the first post.

I'll help on that too. Sometimes it's hard to catch every post and keep up with it.

I've not really paid any attention to this thread until now. I have a couple of options: My wife is always on board to make a side dish or dessert. I haven't used my smoker at all this summer and I'm thinking about smoking a Boston Butt or two if I can find the time to do it the day before we leave. It would be dry rubbed and smoked over Hickory and/or Peach wood.
