Thats a visual for sure. The Skipper, Gilligan & Mechanic...........that would be a visual of slapstick at its finest

On the long drive back home, Colin was threatening to join the Forum and relate some of our antics. I see that he followed through ...
A little background on the Gilligan and Skipper story : On Saturday night I asked Gayle if she had any spare Glen-L caps as mine blew off and sank on one of our runs. She replied that no, she didn't have any caps. On Sunday morning I recalled that Glen-l used to sell a Gilligan hat. I was still feeling the effect of too much alcohol from Saturday night so my speech filter wasn't turned on. I asked her if she had an "f'n hat". She looked me in the eye and replied emphatically that yes, she had "an f'n hat" and set out to fetch me one. On Sunday night Dwain the Skiiiii Kiiiiing donned his Skipper hat. Didn't take too long before someone renamed the
Hot Rod to the
SS Minnow. We now had the Minnow, Skipper, Gilligan and Mechanic. All we needed was to find a Maryann. Bob Maskel almost hurt himself laughing ...
It will take forever to live this one down and salvage my image, but we all had a really good chuckle. Thanks for the hat, Gayle !
G5 was the best one yet ! I'd like to thank everyone who attended and made it happen. I'll post a Trip Report and pics in a few days.
