Got the gauges all reinstalled this afternoon. I still need to connect the fuel gauge and volt meter. I'd love to find an analog GPS speedo. Faria have them on their website, but I can't find anyone selling them. The pull/push switches from left to right: left bilge pump, right bilge pump, nav lights, front interior lights, rear interior lights. Far right in front of throttle control is the trim gauge and horn button.

I like the Malahini nameplate too. Your garage has nicer blinds/shutters than the inside windows of my house

Thanks Everyone. Yes, it is ready to launch. I had planned to launch it earlier this week, but the rain foiled me. I'm going to NY tomorrow and back on Monday night. BulldogBoater is going to help me with the sea trials on Tuesday. I'm a lucky guy to have someone close who can help me with the launch. My wife was cool with that and will go for the official christening on Wednesday. I'll have photos and video of it all.

Once the boating season is really over for 2011, I'm going to remove all the interior and gauges and take it to an auto painter to have the interior wood sprayed clear. The interior was not sprayed clear like the decks and hull. I made a mess of the dash last month when it was so hot and humid. I was using Perfection Plus and it didn't cooperate. I wound up sanding, re-staining and starting over. The dash has a couple of coats of Helmsman Spar Varnish right now and it is also a bit streaky but it performed better in the heat and humidity than the other stuff did. The MALAHINI lettering is something I ordered back in Feb or Mar. I have two sets and will need to use the second set on the dash when I have it refinished. Now that I have some practice binding the carpet, I may make another set and make it a little smaller, so I can keep it tight. These stretched a little, but for maybe $150, I can make a whole new set.
