I hope I didn't step on any one of the regular’s toes booking Floating #7 so early. I felt I missed out on meeting a bunch of nice folks this year and wanted to make plans to go next year early on.

Charlie

No toes are stepped on! This just a bunch of people who happen to be going to the same lake at the same time.

Holy Crap, are you kidding me!!!??? You guys started earlier this year than last year. I guess I need to book a cabin. Will they have them all back out in one row next year? A whole year is too long and I'll probably find a way to sink my boat between now and then

We actually started the same time last year.....just had to figure out where we were going which took a little time

looks like the optimal solution though is to build a boat with a cabin!!!

Dave,
Looks like we just got in under the wire! At G6 we will be in Lucky cabin 13. Isn't that one that burned this year? Maybe we can do something with a 'smoky' flavor, eh?

Leanne told me that they will have all the burnt cabins replaced and the 5 others moved back to the main line.

We are getting close to booking all the floating cabins on the main dock that we had this year. If Hales gets the other cabins back that will add 10-11 more on the main doc.

I don't know if it was me but it seemed the dock party this year started earlier and spread over the whole dock. I can only imagine what next year holds

Yeah, we get HB to loan us one of those pontoon boats and that is where we setup all the drinks & food, just tie it up in front of the cabin I rented.  :D

Actually that big yacht that was for sale at the dock store would work VERY NICE.

Good Morning,

I was real disappointed that I had to cancel my attendance at the last minute for this years gathering so I certainly do not want to miss out on meeting the group in 2012.

I have reserved floating cabin #15.

I will be bringing my wife Lynn and my "Zip".

Art Atkinson will also be bringing his wife Vickie along with his "Squirt".

We are already looking forward to next years gathering.

I reserved the land cabin #7 up on the hill - 3 bedroom - because there were no more big floating cabins available. Leanne said she would move me to a floating 3 br if they get one. But, "the guy" that builds the cabins went out of business so we'll see. Maybe we can build cabins for a year instead of boats and sell them to Hales Bar??? You know... something to do in all our spare time.

I will do that in a heartbeat. I need to for while I was away my partner's played :shock. I now have a lot of time on my hands and one less business to operate.
