I have never been on a forum before but this looks like the perfect one. Looking forward to learning all I can, and offering any useful tidbits that i have picked up during my 2 day build of the minimax. Tidbit number one is to make sure that the eager nephew assisting you in your build doesnt get to handy with the cordless drill. :D

Great to hear that another Bo-Jest is being considered. Let me know if I can help.

Thank you! Hey Tom, my wife and I were checking out your blogs on your trips. It was very inspiring and right up our alley! Leslie (my wife) got a kick out of Glenda's comment about 16 feet being the farthest distance you can get apart from eachother. It will be a while before we get started on the Bo-jest. Probably going to get warmed up on the Tubby Tug first. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone here and pickin' yalls brains a bit.

We will definately be asking some questions along the way. I will be stretching it 10% so im sure that will pose some interesting challenges. Just got the Bo-jest study plans in today. Found an engine and gathering up some white oak now. The wife said I had to get her kitchen sink installed before starting on the boat. Its in now, and apparently she wants the water hooked up to it too! Who knows next she will probably want the drain hooked up to it or something like that !...
