Here's our trailer.
A 1960's era inboard "Lil Dude" my son Tim got for $400 on Ebay and then rebuilt it. He did a great job.
Lot's of bunk surface to preserve our trailer queen over the years.

Here's a look at or polished up and fitted brass rudder and drop strut;

The hull is finished and she's on the trailer!
The experimental "reverse negative" finishing process (one fill/finish coat, no varnish) came out way better than I had ever dreamed possible;

Thanks so much Doug,
Between my son the perfectionist, and me the inventive productionist, we have a team well suited for this amazing, fun and beautiful project that is certain we'll both be very proud of the rest of our days.

Now for the expensive faze. I'm pretty sure that will slow us down quite a bit right now.

I would cut and glue parts rather then trying to bond two sheets together.

Hi joe r, welcome.

Assuming your comment concerns the original title of this thread, we were able to easily find single sheets of relatively low cost yet extremely high quality marine grade "Latvian Birch" plywood. It was never necessary to bond or laminate two sheets together to get the desired thickness.
We also would probably have cut and glued the frame parts together if we hadn't coincidentally had a CNC router at our disposal.
We'll call this "count (and take advantage of) your blessings".

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I can post videos to youtube, but still don't know how to simply attach photos to this site.

Anyway, if you can go to my open facebook page, I posted the latest shot of the inner hull of our barrel back build just after we "epoxy encapsulated".
It was dark out, but you can see the one piece plywood frames with what we think have elegant (and quite strong) seamless shapes.

Here's the public link;
