I don't have any pics,but when I refinished a glass boat, I brushed white gel-coat in the inside, then used a contrasting color gel-coat (red to match the outside paint color) with an agent added so that when it came out of the spray gun, it came out in strings sort of like silly string and cob-webed the inside.
It masked the glass flaws, and cut down on the glare that way.
Some of the fishing boats are done this way too....maybe Carolina Skiff had their hulls finished this way.
Not sure if you can do this with paint though
