Someday I'm going to buy that book. I recessed the chine. But, I will have a sprayrail/chine guard. That woulld have been a lot easier.

Working lone without a net. A few finishing nails in oversized holes help get the alignment back after the dry fit. And, that last little bend of the ply.

Actual capacity is 25 gal/ea. RDS marked them 22 gal. (air and intake a little off the bottom).

I plan on a Yamaha 115 4 stroke. The boat as designed carries 70 gal. But, I'm going with more water on board.

We had an earlier thread about alchol in fuel an the need to turn over fuel.

Looks like things are moving along nicely. Just spent some time looking at the Bartender Boats web site (http://www.bartenderboats.com/index.html). Beautiful boats! And this photo of a 22' particularly caught my eye - just classic!
