I have the glen l epoxy kit. I'm doing the 5/1 mix, it's taking a few days to set and it feels greasy. Almost like a film. Is this just something a need to wash down with a detergent mix or am I doing something wrong?
Tommy.

Welcome to the world of amine blush. It must come off. Soap and water and brush.

I also add some ammonia to the dish soap and water and then rinse.

The blush seems to come up more when it's kinda damp out when epoxying.

Yea. I'm down in charleston and the weather would explain why it's doing that.

Just make sure after you scrub it and it dries, it feels dry and not slick.

I also use a scotch-brite scour pad when I scrub with the afore-mentioned stuff
