Sounds like a great time Dave! We had a nice 300 Bird European Shoot this weekend...took home 267 birds.

Sorry bud...there were no empty stations...I didn't even get to shoot this time. We are looking at another shoot probably in May.

Anyway, this is what we did last night in a couple of hours. This does not show the smoked hams and very large stack of link sausage we stuffed.

Yummm Yummm!!!!!! on all of the above!!!

Well I was gunna go and coon some oysters this week but as it turns out we have red tide on the texas coast and the reefs are all closed.... I had to settle for Goose Point Oysters :-) The absolute BEST oysters I have ever past between my two lips!!!! You CAN'T BEAT Pacific Oysters!!!!

This is like the "culture shock" you get moving from Sydney to country New Zealand.....a more "connected" life with hunting LOL. Quite happy about catching my first trout! :D

SeaPea - The culture shock is having to deal with "cidiots" that believe meat is made at Wal-mart :lol: Yes, I did actually hear that comment from a "person" (loosely defined) that stated "why do you kill those innocent animals when you can go to Walmart and buy meat where it is made"
