greetings! i am building the vandal and have been trying to find a fellow by the name of tom shertzer. it seems he is the only one who has built a vandal. he was in pennsylvania at the time (im in ohio) and i would love to see his vessel in the raw. if anyone has info on his whereabouts or knows him i would greatly appreciate any info he might be willing to share. thanks!
