The photos you're referring to are of Neel Thompson's Gentry.

If you missed it, a video of his boat is featured in this thread :

Paul; Thanks for the quick response. I should have recognized Neel's boat, but I was just flabbergasted by the clean lines and deck. What a beautiful job! Gives me something to aim for when and if I get going next fall. ( Planning on spending the summer on the Titan....first up the Rideau, then back up the Trent for the Tugfest at Midland :P )

Basically, the two big days will be Friday and Saturday (Sept. 20-21, 2013). Some people arrive earlier, most leave on Sunday. We have been arriving on Thursday and leave on Sunday to be able to enjoy Friday and Saturday. Kinda depends on your schedule and driving distance.

Jeff & Barbara

Welcome! You'll have fun.

It's about time to start stirring this pot. Everything is still on! We'll start talking food details probably in August. We'll start putting list of people and boats a little earlier. If you want a floating cabin, you probably need to call now. They don't bill you anything right now. They know things can change this far out.

Please, keep posting here. It helps others make a comitment.

We're in floating cabin #9. Most likely bringing the Zip and food and drink and my guitar.

I'm planning on it...hopefully a week or so early I can finish the 115 miles of the TennTom that was closed last year, get to G7 a day or two early for the Mexican restaurant (Ken, Dwain, Hot Rod, and ???; hopefully not on Karaoke night) and of course the river lunch run to Chattanooga!

Afterwards??? Hmmmm, either the Alabama River if the locks are still open and/or the ICW past Pensacola to ????? Anyone game for a post G7 trip?? :D

Looking forward to it as always!! See you there....

Don't forget a stop at Sailboat Bay on the ICW. You're certainly welcome.

All, not sure if I'm going to be able to make it this year. My new job role is eating my lunch...more time, more traveling, more responsibility, more anxiety, no more money (of course)...I will have to play it by ear.

Attending the gatherings has been a highlight of my year. You are all great people!
Bill

I told my wife we needed a three-car garage for my projects...she told me to ask her for permission next time before I buy a house.
