Yes, I've been busy. I have the bed platform made and In a few weeks I should be ready to shop for skin. I'm currently working on cabinet doors.

Nice work... When it is finished you can build a boat to go underneath it ...

Fishing boat one minute, house boat the next...
By the time I have built a boat, I'll be ready to build a boat....

Built up the roof so water won't pool.

After the roof piece was put on I added framing from inside to support the roof vent. The added fiberglass insulation raised that about 11/16"

Almost ready for camping.

Very Nice!

So how heavy is it? How do you get it in and out of your truck?

Don't know the exact weight somewhere between 500lbs. and 600lbs., hopefully closer to 500lbs. I'm going to get it weighed on the truck. I get in and out of the truck throught the driver's door. There's no egress between truck cab and camper. The rear door of the camper is a cargo hatch I bought on ebay for $19. I need to beef it up and fit a regular RV entry door lockset. So many little details left.

Awesome job!! Can I ask where you picked up your aluminum edge trim? Was it easy to make it fit around the radius of the forward portion of your camper?

Bestway Trailer & Camper Repair http://www.bestwaytrailer.com/index.htm It was a lot easier to bend than I thought.
