windshield brackets

Post by jeff k » Tue Feb 10, 2015 3:49 pm

Hello fellow builders, happy winter to you.
Can someone tell me where to find the windshield brackets used on so many of the squirt builds I see in the posted pictures from other builders? They are the old timey looking split windshield brackets. If I could figure out this picture posting thing I would show them, but I'm sure you know of the ones I am talking about. Thanks to all that reply!

This boat project is destroying my wallet, But it is enriching my soul.

Lake Shore Castings is the company many of us have used. Calling them is probably best.

The come rough cast in aluminum for right around $100. You will then want to either polish or chrome them. The picture below is just how they came.
