Other hidden gem I somehow missed. Great work Tom. The Ski King is a beautiful design and yours looks like it's going to be another fine addition to the homebuilt wooden boat hobby. Congratulations on getting it onto the trailer.

Hi TClark ,Did you change from the v6 to a 5.7 vortec . it looks like the one I have put in my Renegade. Where about in Tassie are you .There is a new member moving to Tassie 'SIGNOR72" /

I’ve been quite slack on the replying front I’m afraid. I’ve finally finished the boat. “Eleanor”
I’ve had it in the water for 12 months now. Had some porpoising issues. Had to build a cav plate/trim tab arrangement. To hide that a bit I built a swim deck over the top. Quite happy with how it look. Eleanor now does 45mph. @4000rpm
