Getting there Matt. I'll be interested in seeing how the SS Tubing goes.

I think you got your holes switched up! The one on the left should be on the right, and vice-versa.

Hooked up a battery and a quick ignition switch and she fired right up. Short YouTube video below.

I'm just a tad behind you on firing the engine up, I'm happy to see you don't have mufflers either and am wondering how loud we're going to be!

It sounds and looks great!

If it’s too loud I’ll add mufflers later.

Getting the dashboard started. Setting it at about a 15 degree angle. Still thinking about the shape of the bottom edge and maybe an inlay gauge cluster.
Pictures of cool ideas welcomed,

Hi Matt,
I made my dash removable. It is bolted from the back to a deck beam. I wanted to have the deck extend over the dash, so I added a small deck beam in front of the dash. The dash slides up between the two deck beams. Notice the cutouts of the rear beam to accommodate the gauges.
It's nice to have it removable so you can do all of your wiring and gauge installation out of the boat. I followed the top curve of the dash for the bottom.
