NAME TAG CUTOFF - PLEASE PROOF

Sorry for the short notice but on Sunday evening, Sept 8th, I will have to cut off any new Name Tags. BUT please take a look at the ones I have generated so far and make sure there are no errors. If you see a mistake, let me know ASAP about needed corrections. OR if I have missed someone please post something here and I will correct the error or omission.
