Why in the world do you feel that anyone on this forum would ever want to see these photos? ....much less even care?

Sorry couldn't resist having some fun with you. The photos are GREAT! That boat is going to be a total work of art and many kudos to you for doing a superb job.

Great Job :!: Iain

Nice to see another Tahoe. You're ahead of me. So, I'll really be studying these pictures!

Vacuum Bagging uses atmospheric pressure to give you a uniform clamping pressure over to entire surface. It significantly reduces the number of staples, screws, etc. needed to hold the piece. The contact between layers is much better. Contact out in the middle of a concave surface is difficult with clamps.

G'day Dave, I only read the first part of your reply & I must admit I was really offended! I arranged for "Luigi" to come & discuss it with you (huge bloke, no neck, lots of brass 'rings' on his fingers) & see if you liked hospital food.
Then I re-read your whole reply & realised you were only joking. So if a bloke called Luigi comes visiting, explain to him quickly & in as few words as possible that it was all a misunderstanding & I'm not mad any more!

I've been busy on another project, but here is an update on the Tahoe 19 of mine.

G,day Ian, Bloody good job mate. your original photo library has vanished into hyper-space, how about posting the whole thing on Tahoe 19 along with Bill and my-self. I bet only we three know that we each used a different planking method to achieve the same result, the subtle differences may be of help to others. I did reply to your e-mail but with no response. I suppose you have your reasons for a custom (skeg if your an ausie) I used a standard 165mm 14 deg 6 bolt unit , around $160

Now that's pretty work! I moved a few things around to gain a few inches in the rear cockpit also.

I can't wait to get to the point where I have some new shiny pictures to show.
