Did I get the Amine off between coats? Stainless, aluminum or chrome?
So, many choices. After I have committed, one of you comes in and says never do that or finds something that I wanted to use. But, I didn't find it.
WHAT scares you?

What scares me?
Lots of things, but I guess the biggest is rigging and starting my engine.

What the heck is amine

......just kidding.
My fear is if the dang thing stays together with my family and that powerful 315 HP motor I just bought. We'll probably wear life jackets the first year.

My fear is hitting a slightly submerged log and destroying the bottom. People do not have any consideration on this lake with cutting trees and letting them float. Not my problem - they think.
I wish I had used 3/8 in ply for the bottom and then went with 1/4 on the sides. It at least would take more abuse.
I think you with the inboards have twice the work as the outboards. A lot more work!

I've stretched this build out inteminably, it seems. I was beginning to wonder if I had a fear of finishing

But along the way I had fears of spending too much, making a construction error, or cutting a piece of expensive wood wrong. I got desensitized to those a long time ago.
Now I have a lot of anxiety (and I'm having a hard time getting over this one) of cutting a hole in the bottom of the boat for the depth gauge sender.

My fear is procrastinating & not getting the boat done(or even to a point to bring it) in time for the gathering.
The move & getting the house in order is over now,so I should be able to start on the boat soon

I had a feeling this one would run.
At one time or another (and now)

, I have had every one of these concerns.

Well, except that 315 thing.

After finally getting all those stupid holes in the bottom plugged. I've got to cut a bunch more holes in there for the new engine.
Then there's mechanicals!

I forgot about the depth finder and finished the bottom. The depth transducer is still laying in the bottom of the boat, uninstalled. I hate it, but it will be hung off the transom.
