Welcome, Jeremy.

There seem to be a lot of beautiful runabouts being built in Australia these days.

We look forward to hearing your progress and helping how we can.

B.

Hi All:

My name is Ken. I live in Orange, CA. I've been working on a Roustabout for some years, having built the Nomad back in 1971. But this time I have to give it up. Don't plan to buy a vehicle that can pull the boat on a trailer, and with the economy being the way it is I don't plan to buy an engine.

The frames are up, keel (Honduras Mahogany) and philippine mahogany longitudinals are on, side paneling is on. Just the bottom paneling nees to be done to finish the hull.

Anyone interested is invited to just take it off my hands - no charg We'll unbolt the builidng form from my garage floor and it's all yours. I have extra 3/8" Douglas Fir Marine Plywood, A/B - extra silicon bronze screws, glue and filler, etc. I also have extra mahogany lumber.

Oh great. I was interested in building this boat and stumble across this 3 years late. No email address in profile either.

Welcome aboard Jeremy.
There are over 80 GL boats in OZ now. We are catching up quick. Several Rivieras and Monacos
