I think Interlux VC Performance will work for you. But, a month... The paint will last. You may have a pretty good job cleaning up job when you pull the boat.

Some of the Supermarine paints may work to. Good reports here. But, I have not used their products.

Thanks for the reply. Have you ever had any experience or info about using the material that is used for protecting Pick-up truck beds. I think one of the products is called RHINO. I was also thinking about 2 part epoxy paint that is used on garage floors. Just thinking outside the paint booth!!!

I think there has been on string on bed liner paint. But, I don't remember much of it. :?

Several people have used the two part epoxy garage floor paint inside on the bilge. I don't think it is UV protected for the exterior.

I have used porch paint inside on a limited use boat. So far, it hasn't been in the water but once.

I used SuperMarine from Top Secret Coatings...great paint and went on easy. They also make 2 part floor coatings.

Thanks for the reply. I think I will stick with the paints that are made for marine conditions. SuperMarine sounds like it is the ticket. Have you had success with this paint in salt water since my boat will sit in salt for 1 month a year and then trailer.

Well, I'm fresh only but it was used on the Queen Mary.

...and the Conestoga, or Dash, or ScissorTail...heck, my boat still doesn't have a name.

Well, the bottom paint issue is resolved so let's resort to thread wrecking! :D
