I do have a concern about the Jubilee it calls for a 10' 2" beam this state max beam to be trailer able is 8' 6" they stated on this site that beam can't be enlarged but doesn't say they can't be reduced. any Idea's about this. I would like to not to have special permit ever time I want to move it. there is to many lakes around here I would like to put her on. I plain on taking her down to the state legal beam If possible. I know the Delta-Q can be lengthen to almost the same length as the Jubilee but with a 8' beam

One other thing to consider is the weight of the boat for towing on a trailer at that length. But the reduced beam will also create issues of interior space if you wish any walkaround foward. So there are other changes as well. So look at the modifications closer and see if the boat will actually meet your needs too.

the walk around can be elimated or a fold up one like on the delta q can be used a long trailor doesnt bother me and have a legal lengh of 65' I can go in this state I am used to handling 53 foot trailor I used to be a truck driver I didnt like he way the delta q was framed the jubilee looks stronger. the interer space should not change much because of the walk around being elimated

Well it seems to boil down to the interior layout, the actual exterior deck space and what you feel is in the cards for the power plant, all meeting your needs and criteria. But I would also consult more than just a group of casual posters on an internet forum too, with plans in hand, but beginning with Gayle and company here asking for some feedback. Right now thats the first place to turn to for guidance.

I plan on using 80 to 115 hp outboard as advised by local boat shop here and considering built in fuel tank but i need to do some figuring on fuel weight and blancing the water tank and holding tanks to keep everything lvled out
