Does the fiberglass kit for the TNT (71-459) also include poxy-sheild to encapsulate the inside or does it just cover the outside?

You need to buy extra epoxy for gluing and encapsulating. Hopefully, someone that has built a TNT can give you an idea of how much you will need. Have you checked your instructions to see if it is mentioned there?

...and when you think you have enough...you'll find that you need a little more.

I have looked through the manual and didn't find any info in this, however I'll go ahead and buy more down the road when I'm ready to finish the top side (and buy extra because I'll need it) thanks.

You're welcome. Especially with 5:1 ratios it's hard to mix up small batches so be prepared to glue up other stuff too. Don't ever, speaking from personal experiance, try to mix sizable batches even if you need more. The epoxy will last longer if you mix smaller batches...even when encapsulating. It works best to have a friend mix epoxy while you lay it down.

Ok sounds good. I'm familiar with pot life for mixing epoxys as I have recently coated my garage floor with it.. Speaking of which, I've read on here the idea of using the garage floor coatings or garage floor paint for ecapsulating.. would this be an option? The only thing that may be a drawback would be the weight of it compared to the poxy-shield.
