Well, this is a labor of love. The next will be the "work of art". Already have the windshield and seat brackets and some plans. Need to buy the Tahoe 19 plans and then build a boat around what I have.

When - no timing plans right now. I keep waffling about stripping Midnight down after the G4 or not.

And then I may not worry about it for the boat has turned out to be so much fun.
So the talk yesterday was to use this boat for fun and use the next boat for show and cruising.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane for sure. We seem to spend more time talking about building a fancy wooden hull then actually building folks. I had forgotten how easy it was to build your own boat. It only took you about three minutes from cutting the frames to hitting the water. [we seem to forget, don't we when the fun part begins?] Great job!

Now THAT will get the motivation flowing. I keep saying I am going to build a Big Mahogany and stop building little boats. Your video just confirms my desire.

Great job and thanks for sharing.

It starts off by building a boat ... First thing you know, you're building a blog or a website to document your build ... Then there's the video production ... Awesome job on all fronts, Dave !

You've been inducted into the Glen-L Boat Video Directory :

Holy Cow, what a grand display of a Gorgeous boat.
What a specimen!
Great job. That YouTube ought to sell some folks on building their own.

You did that all in a year too. Some of my boats haven't even been repaired in that length of time.
