Dave, do the condos have to be reserved a month before the gathering or do they have a waiting list? I was hoping to get one of those so my folks could join us. Otherwise, maybe we'll just get two rooms.

The condos are individually owned and do not come available until one month before the date. The resort takes the position to give the owners the right to use their condo on a 30 day notice but if they allow the association to rent them out within any 30 day window provided the owners are not using it.

Does that make sense?

Thanks, Dave. I guess!! Maybe I'll just rent two rooms just so we have our space and cancell if a condo becomes available.

I'll give the resort a call.

Well, I'm planning on coming on Saturday. I have theater tickets for Friday night so I can't leave until Saturday morning. It's about a 3.5 hour drive, so if I leave early, we should be there mid morning. I guess I need to know how to find you, or do I just look for cool, wooden boats.

The link with map and directions is at the end. Can't wait.

Quote:
We are now confirmed for the weekend of May 21, 2011 at Rock Lane Resort, Table Rock Lake, Branson, MO for our Spring Fling to warm up boats and knock out cobwebs to prepare for the BIG G5 at Hales Bar

Hotel rooms are $50 per night. Condos are available beginning 30 days from date of arrival. Therefore, you can check with the resort starting April 20 to see if a condo room has become available. They will be for the tourist season has not started so the owners of the condos will have them in the rental pool

Boat slips are an additional $16 per night.

We will have the pavilion from Friday to Sunday and will discuss other opportunities for us once I see the level of interest.

So start calling to set your reservation if you interest. I have blocked out 20 rooms for us as of now

Bumpety, bump

Got to keep things on people's minds. We are getting close.

88 days

I am working on some local flavor for entertainment, local promotion for others to come see what we addicted to, and a cruise or two.

So get your calenders out and lets get the reservations in.

I start my official boating season this weekend. It is going to be blast again in 2011 and looking forward to seeing everyone again and making even more new friends.

I'd love to make the short trip to Table Rock. I grew up in Joplin. Alas, a schedule conflict thwarts my effort!
