Jeff,
Something that I picked on and it saved me alot of time. The only thing you need to pattern is the stems and you have already done those. Everything else is straight lines. Take your bow spreader for example. Cut your material to the longest lenght, mark your center line like you did on your pattern and then take the shorter lenght and divide by two. Measure from the center out, mark and draw your straight line to the top corner. The same applies for your bulkheads. :D
Once you get your bulkheads mounted to the form you need to notch out the form on each side of the stem and where the sheers cross over the form so you can have a little overhang. If not you will come up short when you attach the sides to the stems.  It only happened to me once.

Chip, thanks for the input on the patterns. I'm probably over-doing it. I like your idea of using the centerline and working out from there. I think that method will work great for the bulkheads. Also, thanks for the advance warning on the building form at the sheer intersection. I could see that being a problem if not relieved (notched).

Well, here is the garage workshop after the blizzard. I still plan on working out there this weekend when the temps get up toward 30.

It finally got warm enough to work outside today. I am laying out six bulkheads A (for the 20 foot Huck Finn). If you look closely in the pic you can see the markings. What looks like wasted wood in the center of the sheet will be used for butt blocks. I wanted one piece bulkheads vice the two piece.
