I have been fiddiling around with seat height, for the most part just been mulling over the next steps then I'LL lose my place and then start all over. The cooler helps a lot when it is time to step back and ponder.

Nice job there. :)

I see you got one of those Porter/Cable sanders also, how many hours you got on yours?
And the helm seat pedestal looks about right, go ahead and glass it in place :D  Where is the pic of you sitting on the helm seat and making engine noises?

I look forward seeing you at G4

Hi Denzil, your A-Lure looks really good. Boats came in from Shelter Cove and Pillar Point with chinook salmon limits according to the recent fishing report. I am waiting for July when the Sacramento river opens for chinook salmon, I stay in the inland waters.

Is your boat going to be ready when Calif Spiny Lobster season opens in Oct? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2QDJwOIa7s I would like to try hoop netting for spiny lobsters sometime and they are good eating :)

You are doing a really nice job on your boat, congrats. Leland

Many of the advantages of having a self bailing cockpit is all the storage below deck, the trick is to be able to access it. Spent many hours figuring the details. There is room for hoop nets below and at the transom. The fish hold is insulated and can hold 230lbs I stood in it so I know that much.Mentioned a pulpit earlier. Iwill post that first then....

thanks all you guys Bill Tuna on this side do get huge doubt I will be able to chase the big ones although this is an off shore boat it is way inland. however on has to be prepared, hence the tub, add ice an beer and party. Delta Dawg I am hoping to get her done by then. Like Kens says flat water is boring Ijust want to take on a little part of this Pacific. Pirate we will go fishing yet.
