I may be changing the hull for my build?

They got that design/ballast down good!

Only fully capsized at the end when they manually flipped it....but not in the surf.

So,i went to work on the 1/4 scale 16' Tug for my Granddaughter.

I will use C-Flex for the 16 ' one :) and see about Alum for the bigger one? :shock:
This 16' one is kindoff a blend of the tugs i have been thinking about. Power will be 4c Merc 9.9. maybe with power trim??? Working on the deck cover that will hide the motor.

A little work on the keel and motor mount. The two lines are 15" and 20" transom. Still working out the sheer?

The keel is a 1"x3",in scale it is 3"x6" maybe a little BIG??

Looking good,still not sure how long this is,or what it's for ....I suppose it's a smaller version to see how the mods go???

She would be 16' long and 8' wide. In scale she is 2' x 4'.
Maybe more of a test for me? :? Just to see if "I" will finish it. :roll:
Also working out the C-FLEX mounting.

I will start to cover the sheer and maybe some of the bottom? Thinking about 70% of the sheer and 100% bottom? Why do most finish up from the sheer? I'm still working on the deck line.

No,but I needed to remove the inside frame screws.
Just try that with a fullsize setup! :roll:
But you can get a better idea of the hull seating upright.
