Thanks for the compliment on the trailer. All I can say is that was a TON of work — and I do this kind of stuff for a living. Having the tools and facilities at hand certainly made things easier, but it still took six weeks of evenings and weekends to get it roadworthy. I had all pieces powdercoated over at Valley Enameling in Burbank, for $300 and a case of beer. Registration with the DMV was a breeze and I can't say enough nice things about the folks at their Simi Valley office.
