This is a 2004 Baver-Craft 17' Launch built by Jon Baverstock. Jon's grandfather, Henry Baverstock was commissioned by the US Coast Guard to design a boat that had a rudder in the front and two in the back. Although it was never used by the Coast Guard, Jon re-created the boat from the original 1936 plans.
