CAGE FOR AIRBOAT

I need some help with the cage for and airboat. I am using a 68 inch prop. How do I measure for the diameter of the cage and how do I mark to get the right circle radius for the cage.

TRANSOM ANGLE

I am building the Glen-L airboat. one thing I do not understand is the angle of the transom. If the angle is to be 12 degrees then how much longer do you leave the transom to make the 12 degree cut.
