JYD, The ETM plans show the motor mount to be 11" or "as required". So you know, this unit is not quiet like an electric motor--I think it's due to using the lower unit of the outboard... Thanks for the response. Just to be clear, i was referring to design #410. It should be pretty quiest shouldn't...
