Sliding Seat Unit

The last line of the instructions calls for "hold down bolt" holes in the runners. I don't see those on the plans. Help please.

If Not WRC,What

I got no responce to my search for a source of Western Red Cedar veneer. It has been almost 30 years since I built a cold molded hull with that material. So if WRC is not used today, what is? Thanks for your comments.
