Deck Striping

I realize that there has been quite a number of posts concerning tinted epoxy deck striping. It seems that standard epoxy is normally used. Has anyone tried using Poxy-Grip or similar with silica and micro spheres? It appears to take the whitish tint pretty well...

Re: Zip Floor

Sounds good Andy! Did you put the fuel tank near the stern then or build a platform for it near the bow?

Re: Zip Floor

I like that idea, thanks! I am fairly tall and would like to be sitting lower. This looks like a good solution!

I also want my front seat to be as low as possible so I’ll likely do what you suggest and leave frame four sticking up above the floor. T...

Zip Floor

I am just past the Zip flip and studying the plans for next steps. On considering the floor, it appears to me that if I follow the frame height, laying the floor even with frames 2, 4, and 5 1/2, the floor will be going uphill toward the bow. And thanks to Glen L for a great design and plans. I am having a lot of fun building the Zip and learning quite a lot! Here are a few pi...
